All the staff (most) of the doctors, nurses, medical assistants, the front desk and business office, etc. We have been seeing Dr Billett for over twenty years I think and have always been pleased. He and the rest of the staff goes above and beyond.

I have been seeing Dr Eckert for many years and he has always been professional and very pleasant. He always takes time to make sure my questions are asked and I don't feel rushed. His nurse Mary is also outstanding.

Dr. Esser, Dr. Platz, and Dr. Wilson are all exceptional. I have been seeing them since I was born and they have taken the most genuine and loving care of me throughout growing up. They genuinely care about all of their patients and wants what is best for them. Absolutely love them! I trust and respect that they have it for my best interest when needing more care, references, etc. highly recommended, and they are very easy to talk to.

I have been a patient since 1971. It was a tiny place next to main road. They made it bigger three times. My daughter saw Dr.Monaham as a three yr old,she’s 56 now. My family went there for everything. Still do. Seen many doctors retire. Now they need a lot more.

I always have a great experience here. I’ve seen several doctors if my primary care doctor is booked. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment tho. I think it’s because they merged with Evergreen. Now they have more exposure. But once you meet the doctors you’ll understand why.

My family has been going to Bothell Medical/Lakeshore Clinic for 40 years. They have been around a long time. The doctors change, retire, and new ones come on staff. I have never, NEVER, had a bad experience. They are great people to work with.

I've been seeing Dr. Liu for three years and am very happy with the service. She really wants the best for her patients. I was reading some of the negative reviews on here about the clinic in general, and much of it seems to be people whining over small things or reasonable situations. Virtually every visit I've made there has been satisfactory and the staff is polite.

I have to disagree with the reviewers here who used terms like "rude" and "arrogant" to describe the staff at Lakeshore Clinic. My wife and I have been going there for 10 or 11 years now, and have never experienced this type of behavior. Always very professional, helpful and pleasant. And the doctors do not rush you at all, I always leave feeling well cared for and that all my questions were answered to the best of their ability. (My primary is Dr. Higginbotham and my wife's is Dr. Platz, but we have over the years seen most of the other doctors on visits when they weren't available.) We have since moved from Bothell to Mill Creek, but will continue driving into Bothell because of the outstanding care we have received over the years. And also, I know I have never waited an hour or more to see a doctor. Usually around 10-15 minute wait after seeing the nurse, sometimes less. Thank you!

I've been going to Lakeshore Clinic for 18 years. Staff has always been very courteous and Dr. Mayeda is wonderful. Insurance changes forced me to end up with Group Health in 2015 which was a miserable experience; however it caused me to appreciate my doctor even more. I'm extremely thankful to be back at this clinic.

I have been coming to Lakeshore Clinic for 20 years now. I have been cared for by one of the practicing doctors for 20 years at this clinic. Due to the doctor being extremely busy, I had to schedule a follow up appointment with the nurse practitioner, Stacie Cindea. I was so impressed by how amazing she was. I instantly felt like I have a true advocate behind me for my health. I ended up switching to her for my primary help and am not sad about it whatsoever. I have been dealing with a baffling sickness and she has not stopped trying to find out answers for me. She honestly cares for my health and has gone above and beyond trying to make me better. For example, I have been to the ER 6 times and was finally admitted to the hospital due to this sickness last month. While hospitalized she was continuously checking on me and following up on all the procedures they were doing while I was admitted. I have still not been fully diagnosed and am pretty miserable. She has been trying to make me as comfortable as she can while we wait for the answers.Stacie has been pushing for more tests and has gone through so many obstacles making sure I am getting the help I need. She even impressed my pharmacist to the point where when the pharmacist heard my name when I was picking up my prescription, she personally had to come over and rave about Stacie and told me how lucky I was to have someone like that looking after me. My mom has also gone to this clinic as well and had a Terrible experience with her doctor and actually moved to another clinic. My mom is now switching back just to see Stacie now. If you are looking for great care with someone who speaks to you like a person and not like just another dollar in their pocket that is annoying them, then go see Stacie Cindea. You will not be disappointed!
